      Management is bad at making promises to people, just to keep you their longer The whole building is kinda falling apart. It's a very old building with a lot of problems that needed to be fixed in the past from simple water faucets to A/C units, and other maintenance issues. Work can get very very slow at times

      Lots of friendly people. Everyone is included in the goings on of the company. Managers tend to listen when you find ways to improve the process and you are rewarded for it. If you have a problem, the CEO will listen to you as well as anyone in the company.

      Svantaggi

      Fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities and responsibilities. Benefits are pretty mediocre. But they do have dental, vision, and education assistance.
