The company is full of talented engineers The tech stack is state of the art and regularly updated Relatively flat structure Good pay, slightly above market average

No social gatherings whatsoever, I blame it on the nerdy directors so, its hard to feel belonged and build personal rapport with colleagues Though the pay is above average, there are a ton of companies in Sydney paying better for talented engineers

Our team had great chemistry, albeit, being on zoom the majority of the time I worked there. The customer service team often looked out for eachother and were always willing to help where needed.

The higher levels of foxtel decided to get rid of the team entirely during lockdowns by outsourcing the customer service. Wasn't the best way to end, and the timing wasn't great but it is what it is.
