The cons are more related to the types of individuals who struggle working for companies like Stride. Few cons for me in my role, even when times/days are "bad" its great at Stride. - Culture is critical, so have to be a team oriented individual and willing to lean into discomfort to grow - Self managed/accountability, have to be able to schedule, manage and prioritize your time and efforts - Be coachable - we role practice, we train, we continuously strive to improve as individuals and an org - Multiple hats - not in the "have 3 roles and get paid for 1" way, more have to be willing to lean in and help other areas of the org as needed.
