Learning process is very good

Nothing to complain about with the company

Ability to work from home. Mostly decent immediate team members.

Too many shakeups with the US organization. Job that I was hired for does not align with responsibilities given or expectations set upon by management. Very limited resources and promised headcount is never met so one person is doing the job of multiple roles. Lack of transparency and non-existent work/life balance. Everyone is too rushed and stressed to help each other.
