Strike Point Media was one of the best work environments I’ve been part of. The team is genuinely close-knit, collaborative, and full of talented marketers who care about the work and about each other. As a creative strategist and copywriter, I was challenged in a good way and felt like I learned a lot quickly, especially around performance-driven metrics and strategic client communication. The culture is supportive without being soft. People are open to ideas, feedback flows both ways, and there’s a real sense that everyone is trying to make the work better rather than protect their ego. Management is thoughtful, approachable, and trusts you to do your job, which makes a big difference. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, like solving problems, and want to sharpen your skills alongside strong marketers, this is a great place to be.

The pace can be intense at times, and expectations are high. This isn’t the kind of place where you can coast or phone it in. You need to be comfortable moving fast, juggling priorities, and learning on the fly.

Strikepoint is a great place if you're curious, creative, and passionate about marketing. The culture makes learning and collaboration enjoyable, far from a sink or swim environment, as everyone is supportive and friendly. Leadership genuinely cares for its people and is hands-on in ensuring the company continues to thrive along with its employees. You will at times wear multiple hats, but they serve as growth opportunities. I couldn't speak more highly about my experience and for the lifelong friends I made along the way.

Sometimes, tasks/projects can be ambiguous, but this can help you grow more strategically by truly understanding why they need to be accomplished and how best to provide value. Career and position goal setting could be better laid out, but overall leadership does a good job at supporting employees and making sure they feel valued and that they are growing.
