There are also serious execution gaps. Internal tools and operational inefficiencies remain unresolved for long periods, and similar delays are seen in addressing customer-impacting issues. Teams are often left working around broken processes instead of being supported by effective systems. The environment can feel unstable, with frequent shifts in direction, limited clarity, and inconsistent leadership standards across teams. This lack of structure, combined with poor follow-through on solutions, takes a toll on both mental well-being and long-term career development.
