If you’re wanting to getting promoted you need to hound them & hound them even more for them to train you right. I held my ASM “Trainee” tag for 6 months before I even got my official ASM Tag. And even then the training was sloppy & inconsistent. The job gets boring easily. Not many people last a week there when starting out.
