The assessment of the cultural shift is accurate. While all startups experience changing priorities and tend to operate with a fast paced, reactive approach, Strive appears to be moving into a more strained phase and it’s becoming evident in leadership behaviors. Over the past year, several new leaders have joined who lack experience operating in a startup environment, resulting in either a noticeable absence of clear leadership or, at times, highly reactive and disorganized direction.

Flexible schedule depending on the team you’re on Some really stand out people you will cross paths with Strive has attracted some world class talent over the years that are willing to share their knowledge

Very management heavy in certain departments Promotions internally are hard to come by yet more and more responsibility and oversight are expected Policies are stretched for those that are perceived as valuable Micromanaging by leadership Frequent unexpected org changes then jobs filled or created without being posted. Lots of nepotism Executive leadership is not trustworthy
