Despite expectations for staff to respond quickly and professionally, urgent messages, call-outs, and escalations were often ignored or significantly delayed by leadership. This created unnecessary stress and left employees without support when it was needed most. Overall, the environment felt disorganized at the leadership level, with poor communication, uneven management practices, and a lack of accountability.
