      - Great company culture, everyone is friendly, works hard and collaborates towards the same goals - It has so much potential for growth - Flexible work schedule: everyone puts in the hours, but if need be there's always the option to work from home, or come in late/leave early and then make up for the hours - Modern workplace environment at a WeWork space (I'm based in their Durham, NC offices) - Great benefits

      - Difficult industry to enter if you're coming from a non-tech background, but it's doable (I had 0 experience with tech coming into this job)

      As an intern, I still received an interesting project I got to develop from start to finish. I learned to use new software packages and became a better coder. Very welcoming and fun atmosphere - on Fridays we played board games and nerded out!

      They had coconut La Croix, which is a terrible flavor.
