Great communication, flexible work environment

No downside of working here

Nothing everything is a catch

They claim flex pto but if you take anything above what they think is right your written up. They claim they train you for the role but yet your trained differently by different people and get written up if you do it how someone else does it but not how that person does it. If bullying was a company this would be it. If you’re not apart of the “IN” crowd the only people who been there for years you will be hunted. No one makes it past 2 years anymore because of this. They will micromanage you until you’re fired that’s why they have a high turn around rate. They always say if a company says they are like family don’t believe it and this company is prime example of that
