Employees who are strong problem-solvers or who challenge can sometimes face dismissive or disrespectful treatment, even in public settings, which often reflects broader cultural and leadership issues within the company. In these environments, internal politics and self-preservation may take priority over teamwork, client relationships, and achieving the best overall project outcomes.
