- They run very lean on staffing so a lot of the promises made to owners fall on very few people with limited resources to deliver.
- There is a lack of accountability for people that don’t pull their weight. Some people only work a few hours a day and others refuse to do what is expected of them. Management knows who these people are but nothing changes and these people continue to skate by.
