It's property management, what do you expect?

The management team at Structure Properties truly cares about all of their employees and makes a huge effort to help employees be successful both within the company but also if they choose to leave the company. Structure Properties invested in me by sending me to multiple certification courses, paid for me to get my Real Estate License and encouraged me to work on myself personally as well. Also, the company paid in full for my health insurance, has a flexible schedule, offers sick and vacation time. The best part of working here though is the team. My co-workers were like family and I miss them terribly.

Dealing with tenants can be tough and wear on you. Also, because this company does 3rd party management, sometimes the action you want to take is not what the Owner wants you to do and you have to do what the Owner wants.
