Don't practice what they preach. Have speakers address employee's about what makes a company successful and that is as far as they go. Some employees can definitely screw someone over if they feel they are a threat to their job, or befriend other employees for personal gain. Completely micromanaged to the point that it demoralizes employee's and pulls the entire company down. Their business structure is ridiculous and inefficient. They have WAY too much overhead for the amount of money they make. Even if they made more than they do their corporate structure is completely inefficient, all for the sake of looking like the" real deal". The offices are grey from floor to ceiling. On purpose. It's incredibly depressing.
