      While working here was a challenging experience overall, the one bright spot was the coworkers. The team was full of talented, hardworking, and supportive individuals who genuinely wanted to do their best despite the circumstances.

      Management clearly plays favorites, rewarding a handful of people while ignoring everyone else’s hard work. Instead of leading by example or offering support, they just bark orders and never give constructive feedback. There are no opportunities for raises or career growth, and if you try to voice concerns, they’ll label you as anti-growth or unmotivated. It’s no wonder so many employees have left recently—there’s been a mass exodus because of the poor leadership, toxic culture, and constant failures. To make it even worse, their reviews were so bad they had to rebrand and change their name on LinkedIn just to hide the backlash. Clients and employees are always leaving, and the problems clearly start at the top.

      Hi there - thank you for taking the time to share your review, I really do appreciate the insights you shared. My own perspective is that what has not changed since you wrote this is that team is made up of talented, hardworking, and supportive people! I do believe much else HAS changed, in that we now have over 90% employee retention rates, likely in part because we have listened to the constructive feedback and suggestions, and have implemented programs and processes such as clear career paths, performance reviews, development conversations, raises, etc. You wrote your review in the past tense, however the header describes you as a current employee. If you ARE still part of the team, please get in touch with me directly as I'd love to hear any and all concerns. To me, someone who shows up living our values (including clear, candid, and kind) is not anti-growth, nor unmotivated; to the contrary, I would view you as a partner with valuable perspective to share.       The people are thoughtful, driven, and genuinely kind. Collaboration is the norm, not the exception, and it’s a low-ego environment, which feels rare in the agency world. You’re trusted to do your job well without being micromanaged, with real autonomy and accountability. If you want to grow quickly and take on more responsibility, the opportunity is there. There’s a strong sense of purpose and pride in the work, and the company genuinely cares about doing right by clients. The bar is high, which isn’t for everyone, but it makes the work challenging and rewarding. This is a great place for people who want to do excellent work.

      The bar is high and the work moves quickly. Because the team is fully remote, you need to be comfortable working independently and speaking up—there’s less passive learning than you’d get in an office environment.

Your sentiment about the people at Structured being thoughtful, driven, and genuinely kind reflects what I typically hear and see as well, whether that be in my 1to1 check-ins with individuals, or on our peer recognition platform, or in the monthly all-hand meeting in which everyone gives a shout-out to a teammate who they see living our core values. I find your observations insightful about how a remote environment demands a certain level of comfort speaking up, needing to take a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to strike the balance between collaboration and working independently.       Hello there - thank you for leaving your review and offering your perspective. I'm glad to hear that you appreciated the team; that's been my experience too. I feel quite lucky to work with smart, interesting, and passionate people with diverse skills and deep expertise! As for your critiques, I can understand where you might be coming from. I'm unsure when you left the company, but it might be helpful to know that we now have two structured review cycles per year, inclusive of salary review, promotions, and pay raises, with decisions aligned to competency frameworks, manager input, and peer feedback to reinforce that we're celebrating those who are consistently living our core values. In this most recent cycle, I'm pleased to share that we were able to promote a third of our team, and in the past year, the majority of employees have seen increases to compensation. That being said, it sounds like that wasn't your experience, and I'm sorry to hear that.
