In your interview you will be sold a dream and told a lot of lies. A typical work day is 12 hours 8am-10am and 11am-7pm and you do not get paid for all 12 hours. It is young management and not very professional because lying is the #1 fault in any company. Paychecks are short if you work 8 hours they will only pay you for 6 . No one is on the same page and tell a different lie from management to human resources. Again, the company is ran by kids so what do you expect. Do not waste your time and energy. They do 100 interviews a day because everyone quits after the first day or first week after realizing that this job has nothing to do with marketing and is just a sales pyramid.
