Coming from two great international companies i was really disappointed from Stryker Europe top management, both values and skills. The core business (net of acquisitions) -not surprisingly- is not performing well. There is frustration and fear in most of the employees due to the lack of integrity, no respect of people. Many business processes are complex, with mistakes and reworks, with long cycle times and complaints from customers. But the company is not investing in process excellence.
