Can learn a lot about the medical device business. Pay is not bad at all.

Watched to many good workers fired because they didn't get along with the few that kissed the bosses but. If they didn't like you or felt threatened that you would replace them, all they had to do was make a false complaint a few times and you were gone. There was no investigation. As much as they preached during the first week about documenting everything correctly, they had no problem with creating false test data to further there products along. Thats when I walked off the job.

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
