There are a good amount of apps you must know, but we try hard to ensure you have a great onboarding experience and have a place to ask any questions you may have.       Hi there! Thanks for the great words, I'll go ahead and follow up with our Operations Team on the 15 hours. Although we generally require 15 hours a week, we do now provide unlimited LOA to our employees. Can't wait to see some more feedback after you work with us longer.       - Be able to be staff in a community that is supportive of a lot of different genders, sexualities, races, opinions, etc. You don't find that a lot anymore. - Flexible hours, we're able to basically complete tasks in our own timeline as long as it doesn't take forever. - Fun staff activities and the ability to chill and just hang out/get to know each other sometimes.

      - Assignments are not always easy and sometimes they do take a while, but if one has a flexible weekly/day to day schedule it should be easy enough!

      Hey there! Thank you so much for your feedback. We are definitely very inclusive towards everyone! Regarding though assignments, sorry about that! We try to be as flexible as possible regarding any sort of task. I'll defiantly let our Operations Team know that you're interested in some more events, I can't wait to see what they have planned!
