Policies and practices constantly change - often with no heads up. Many times you will come in to the office after your days off to find a central task or process has been changed, with no notice from management. Tasks can often be unevenly distributed around staff - with some staff members taking on very difficult tasks independently while other team members can get away with doing the bare minimum. You will often have to deal with hostile customers and break difficult news to people. This tends to come from students/parents who don't understand how their contracts work which can be very frustrating.
