Vantaggi

For call center work, it's pretty easy--if everything goes well, it's a 90 second conversation. They allow you to talk to each other, read or do crafts in the downtime. -Flexible hours -Pays weekly + benefits -Fairly relaxed atmosphere and mostly friendly co-workers -Nice office building -Near public transportation

Svantaggi

It's a call center, so the work is repetitive and closely monitored. -Low pay -Technical difficulties happen often. -(some) unprofessional co-workers, stealing has occurred -Your hours may get cut if the call volume is low

Vantaggi

Flexible schedule. There really isn't any other reason to consider working there.

Svantaggi

Dishonest and unethical. Leads come in from people looking for jobs who give their info online, so they are already angry when you call them and have no intention of listening to what you have to say. The "coaching" that one of the male supervisors did felt more like harassment. Many of us were laid off without notice in the what has to be the most cowardly way imaginable - we were told that we would not be on the schedule for the week of 4th of July due to expected low call volume, but we will be scheduled afterward when call volume was expected to return to normal. 4th of July week comes and goes. We call the front desk asking when we can return to work only to get the runaround on the phone, no mention of anyone being laid off. The last time I called, the supervisor actually laughed at me, but was still too much of a coward to tell the truth.
