I worked at the firm for a period of time and gained exposure to a variety of projects, which helped me develop technical skills and learn about the workflow of architectural practice. The leadership structure, including close family involvement in management decisions, sometimes created tension and a lack of clear professional boundaries. Another challenge was the expectation of significant overtime without compensation. Long hours were often treated as normal rather than exceptional, which made maintaining work-life balance difficult. Overall, you may gain technical experience here, but the workplace culture can come at the cost of morale and professional dignity.
