Atmosphere in this office is so friendly and excepting and inspiring. They take commercial projects like Ralph's in order to create more pro bono work and affordable housing projects which I think is a really great balance in order to help the neighborhood. A lot of their work is in Long Beach to better the community and they also focus on presevation

The people aren't as nicley diverse as I would like it to be but they are definitely making an effort in that department

-the rumbles were pretty nice to catch up with everyone and get free food

-hustle culture/ the will track every minute spent. If you have even the slightest amount of down time they will do anything and everything to keep you busy -they lie about promotions and always hired externally -my team was pretty toxic/ other teams seemed less
