The pay could be worse and coworkers are friendly enough

-High turnover among production staff, also had 3 different managers within about a year -Management plays favorites based on arbitrary information but doesn't really know what's going on around the shop floor -Little to no measurable/actionable suggestions for how managers want employee performance to improve -Performance evaluations are sparse and team leads are routinely shafted on raises even if they have 5+ years with the company -Overall felt like an unfulfilling dead-end with low employee morale -Coworkers frequently engage in misogynistic and inappropriate work conversation
