The work environment is in a new modern space in Tysons Corner. You get to work with people who directly want to help children who are often struggling in school and trying to make ends meet. The workforce is young and there is camaraderie among the folks to get things done and to do it well.

There are many deadlines to meet that can often come with short notice. People who don't want to work in a fast-paced work environment or want to do the same rote task every day won't be happy here.
