I've been a tutor for this company for more than 3 years. As an independent contractor, I'm able to set my own hours, work with cool clients, and earn more than $10 more per hour than any other company in education. Beyond having more earning power, you also get to work on fun projects like SAT vocabulary lists and craft my own schedule for projects. After working with 3 previous companies, I can tell you that this is a top-notch education company.

The company just moved the majority of the tutoring online, which no doubt caused a storm of criticism, but the reality is the team and management care about the tutors and have always come through when we needed them to do so.

Great working environment. Management team is very friendly and encouraging. I worked remotely as a campus ambassador/campus founder and they kept in contact with me periodically and helped me stay on the same page in terms of marketing strategy. They are also very flexible and gave me the opportunity to utilize my ideas and implement them in the marketing effort.
