      Little direction from management so it's important to to be able to self-direct. Everyone here is a hard worker but it can definitely lead to a culture where work/life balance suffers.

      Great pay, great benefits, and generally good coworkers.

      Ineffective managers, frequent silent layoffs (you don't find out someone's been let go until weeks after the fact, even if they're involved in your project), no job advancement. Was laid off with no reason given—I asked, they refused to tell me anything other than "it's not performance related"
