Vantaggi
The company pays really well, offering 10/h pay instead of $7/h after completing a minimum of 70 hours. The hours are also really flexible offering a minimum of 22 hours commitment per week.
Svantaggi
The company and most of the outlets are severely understaffed and it would require new-comers to fill in the gaps. Managers would persuade new-comers to commit to longer hours. Furthermore, as Stuff'd is a company that offer healthier choices the customer base can be a bit rude and stuck up. They can ask for things like 'are there non-dairy options?', 'I can't eat fat, so do you mind taking out the fattening parts?', or 'Sorry, I can't eat cholesterol do you have other options?' halfway into making their order. Some outlets don't even have sufficient small change in their register and require employees to rely on customers to provide them with small change which is sometimes insufficient. Smaller outlets are often really cramped and we have 3-4 worker working in a small space that is shared by 3 really hot machinery. (eg. sunplaza, causeway point) TL;DR heavy work-load and anxiety inducing job. But if you like F&B it might not be a problem for you.
