Great people, wonderful working hours., good benefits and excellent work/life balance.

Pay is low, but they have made great strides while balancing benefits.

There isn’t a lot of overtime. A clean place to work and there is already a maintenance system in place.

There isn’t an annual review. You only get a raise if you ask for it, threaten to quit or get a different position.
