Don’t pay enough. Very stressful. Too much drama. Terrible communication and management. Terrible environment. Don’t pay enough it’s like begging for scarps. work for little pay and barely no bonuses. They do points and will point you even if you bring a doctor’s note. TBH you get pointed for everything you do and it goes one off each month you stay without calling out and if you call out you will be pointed and no points disappear. You will never ever get a raise.
