StyleCraft Homes is a second generation family-owned company, and from the beginning our goals have been to run an efficient and professional business while maintaining a family like culture among our employees and trade partners. It is disappointing to receive unfavorable feedback from a customer or employee, whether past or present, and I am personally available to discuss any concern a customer, employee or trade partner may have about the company, its business practices, or the homes that we build. While it is unfortunate that this individual had a difficult experience, the comments made are slanderous and personal about members of the StyleCraft team. I support our employees and always address concerns directly and appropriately as necessary.
