      They believe in young talent: many employees are recent graduates. They try to promote a good work environment: there are many activities throughout the year for the employees to integrate. The headquarters are nice. They offer free transportation for employees who live far from the headquarters.

      There's little to not chances for growth if you are in the lower hierarchical levels. It's quite hard to get your supervisor to approve capacitation for you. The pay is not very appealing. If you are working full time, you work about 46 hours per week, 6 days a week.

      Good schedule most of the time you are off at 3pm. Typical schedule is from 6to 3pm. Is very slow so many of the sales come though phone calls and usually customer that you already have. You must go out a few times a week to find new prospects to sale you meat too.

      Working 6 days from now but saturdays. We close at 12pm , it could change as the company grows. Very slow at times , you must find something to do or you will fall into bad habits of along with your sales associate. Have something for them to do like cleaning telemarketing , inventory count.
