Main thing is , they take our employees in all ways , especially - safety environment for women employees.

Major draw back is work related knowledge is monopoly in some hands. there is no transparency between employees. nothing will happen to open - in this techie era . In that way new members cant growth that means company will not grow - its between loop( there is some up and down ) but not lead . its been seems like growth year by year in inflationary world but not real .employee growth is slow and gradual . otherwise its fair enough company.
