• Poorly structured & disorganised • ZERO health and safety • Almost no inclusion and diversity - in London! • Lack of transparency from head office making it difficult to lead a team • All platforms and tech are in Italian, despite having stores in many other countries. Unwilling to adapt to different cultures. • No benefits (apart from 40% off) • Colleagues (including very senior profiles) will blantantly speak Italian in front of you, creating discomfort and segregation in the whole company. Honestly unless you’re Italian - don’t bother
