Dishonest leadership. They don't pay expenses or commissions on time (if at all). Is this a company that is going under? Probable restructuring in the near future. Product doesn't deliver as promised. Being told to lie to customers or have leadership lie to me is not useful. Manufacturing defects are hidden from customers. Deployment capabilities and installs are overstated. Just not a very honest company.
