Being a part of WhiteLake, I met and meet all my dreams where all my skills are put to good use, for the better glory of the Company and for my personal intellectual growth as well. I was given the space to learn and was supported for every good idea I brought in. There's nothing depressing I personally came across. Obviously, there's always a room for improvement, and WhiteLake knows what and how to do it the best way for the betterment of all. The management encourages and guides us to take part in certification trainings, examinations and rewards us as well. We celebrate birthdays, festivals and any special event as a team. I haven't at all faced a day of stress-full work in my career at SubmitINme. Freshers and experienced professionals are trained and treated the way they deserve. Our CEO is an all-rounder who knows every nook and corner of the game (SEO). He checks our performance individually and sits with us like a colleague or a trainer to teach us the right method of doing things. He points out our mistakes from time to time and never forgets to appreciate our efforts.
