Some WFH options. Base pay and time off is fair and timeoff increases quickly (after 3 years). Benefits are better than others I've seen in this industry (offshore pay, benefits, Office in Katy). More often than not they promote from within. Opportunities available in other departments and internationally for many positions/levels of expertise. Diverse teams in many departments and levels of management. Extensive backlog of work in most regions globally, so plenty of work on the horizon.

Only flexible WFH, doesn't allow full time WFH without special approval from the very top. Very corporate due to the size of company. Still has a lot of boomer mentality that on old ways of thought that need to be updated. Board of directors has a failed 30 yr art student because of nepotism and they often buy-back stock to give senior management a few million more $$ instead of offering higher raises/bonuses to employees.
