Vantaggi
Exposure to very large projects, world class construction assets (even though there is still room for improvement - its relative), there is quite a lot of diversity in the work force (immigrants, young, old, black, white, male, female, etc.), relatively strong PTO (although if you're a strong employee, you can't take much of it because they keep you loaded up), business outlook is good through 2027 but beware what comes next.
Svantaggi
Lack of career progression, nepotism, low profitability, lack of competitive benefits, no bonus, employees not valued, too many middle managers, EU corporate control over US business, too much focus on business areas that aren't profitable in the region and aren't related to strength's of the region, lack of retention of valuable employees, no training provided for anyone, no resources for career development, as an engineer there is only one career path that ends in middle management, general apathy in the skill pool, difficulty in hiring talented individuals. It's a dead end job if you're an individual contributor with more than 10yrs experience. TLDR; its a good place to start out as a young engineer, but ultimately you'll have to leave if want to get anywhere in life and your career, ca. 3-5yrs.
