Great co-workers and easy commute

Terrible CEO who cannot let go of control, this would be a great place to work if the CEO would leave. He is a hard person to work for always flying off the handle at the simplest of things. Unprofessional in the workplace. Belittling and criticizing staff, talking to other people about staff's performance and personal issues that have been shared with him in confidence. Treating one employee better than another, different policies for different employees. Blatant discrimination
