      Some good coworkers but that’s it.

      The entire job is downsides. Expect long shifts that go uncompensated, minimal training, horrific management, and weird drama (owner drinking on the job, supervisors sleeping with personnel). The client services department was constantly restructuring the short time I was there. Blame is passed down to hardworking lab staff instead of management. My only pro was the coworkers but most of them left because this place is a revolving door of employees.

      Excellent mission related to helping save the environment from pollution. good family environment and nice coworkers. lots of employees getting promoted. head of co. very involved with making the co. as good as it can be. you can talk to the president and other leaders about stuff, they are open to listening.

      office a bit shabby looking such as needs new carpet, paint. put some more art on walls.
