Shop management is not the best. Supervisors and leads are never available, they do not know how to divide the work, they rely on a few individuals that do the bulk of the work while most of the people sit on their phones all day. They don't track work that individuals do, so you can literally show up and do nothing and get paid, which is what most of the people do.
