Oppressive environment, bullying by upper management, male favoritism - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Director presso Success Resources

This company does not practice what they preach in the classroom... The company is built on big egos. The office environment was oppressive, not allowing office parties or team building activities. There were no commissions or holiday bonuses/gifts. Much of upper management was brought in from outside or out-of-country and bullied lower staff. Males were favored over female staff, being given more value/opportunities and paid more. Since this company offers multi-day classes/events, when staff worked the events they were on the floor for 14-16hr days without being given the office hours off in exchange because everyone was salary...so no overtime and when one would calculate their hourly the amount of hours worked pushed the rate down to minimum wage.
