Its known that everyone can make a mistake - but there is room to take responsibility and be part of the solution. That kind of understanding and teamwork isn't found everywhere.

There is a lot to do that can pull you in different directions. It's never overwhelming and is manageable with organization but it's important to know.

It was interesting getting into a very niche market and gaining an understanding of the audience. Got to work with some good people, too.
