With it being a smaller company, I have been able to help shape the future, which is cool. My team has been exceptionally understanding of various appointments I may have to go to or family commitments. I truly like seeing my co-workers and we have a lot of fun at monthly BBQs and other company events. I've also learned so much about the industry and I'm excited to see where the future of Suitable goes as we are growing at a decent pace!

Some processes are still a work in progress, but I see it more as a collaborative opportunity than a con.

Great place for those transitioning from Higher Ed roles. Decent base pay, decent incentive structure, friendly coworkers, c-suite willing to listen and take feedback.
