Suite is an idea and break through walls to make it happen hustle outfit - there's no such thing as "it's done". You're tightly tied to the team and involved in everything, which means you never feel like an uninformed, insignificant cog-in-the-wheel. No matter the need, you have to be the type who wants to tackle it - even if it's outside your knowledge or comfort zone. If you're not resourceful, or not willing to jump on something last minute (no matter how "inconvenient"), then Suite is not gonna be your cuppa tea.

Hey, while it's a 5 year old company, it's lives in the vortex of leading edge media and marketing and might as well be a start-up. That means Suite pivots to jump on new opportunities/technologies, strengthen its offering/value to Clients, and its ability to always bring new ideas that are at the leading edge of marketing possibilities. If you're looking for predictability, a 9-5 schedule, and a job description that's locked/loaded, and allows you to say "Sorry, what you're asking me to do isn't part of my job", then Suite definitely isn't for you. Suite is a rush - physically/emotionally - which makes it so "addicting" for those who work there. It's a band of idea people who work their butts off and love what they do, the people they work with, and the mission they're on daily. So, don't look at Suite if you want a predictable job (your role, hours), aren't interested in a constant quest for new ideas, or don't want to be in an environment whose culture is about chasing down every possible opportunity and doing something about it (vs. looking passively at it). Suite is for chasers, doers, creative thinkers, and - above all - problem solvers.
