A place where you get out of your job what you put in. If you work hard and put the time into learning the necessary skills you can quickly scale up to new positions. No one is judged on their credentials, education, or previous experience only on their effectiveness, skills, and work ethic. Good benefits with a solid work-life balance. The people are great to work with pretty much across the board. Not a lot of office politics. Company is growing and has a positive outlook for the next 6-12 months.

Fast growth potential comes at the cost of not always having standard operating procedures or guides in place for how to do certain tasks. Policies can change semi-frequently as the size of the business has changed.

Unlimited PTO. Some people get to work remote. Nice coworkers. Some leaders are very kind.

Unreliable and not a secure position. Some management tries their best but it’s clear that the company is comprised of inexperienced leaders. And their inexperience comes at the detriment of all those below them. Constant changes in policies and job titles for no reason. They laid off several staff members after giving out a bunch of raises. Why would they do that? I’m sure it will get better. But right now, it’s not a good place to be.
