There are many great advantages in working with the SuiteRx IPS team - the wealth of knowledge, dedicated employees, the unique & innovative product offering, and so much more. Joining this organization was, initially, overwhelming for a professional who had no healthcare IT background, but with patience & support offered by the team its been a rewarding & valuable experience thus far. SuiteRx IPS cares for their employees just as well as they care for their customer base.

The POTENTIAL for industry greatness is unbelievable. I have never worked with an inner primary team that is more dedicated to their customers, positions, and work than the core team at SuiteRx. Long time dedicated employees who know their customers well. The software code is exceptional and the features of the product are rich and incredibly efficient. Once they get a customer they seldom lose a customer. Current CEO is passionate and knowledgable about their customers, industry, and pharmacy in general. Inspiring to work with.

The downside to this organization is dedication from their investors to "INVEST" into their own company. Rather than designing a budget to expand staff, invest in core (non-shared programmers) operations, marketing, and business intelligence - the investors treat this company like a second class citizen with little 'innovation investment'. As if they use the company as a source of revenue for their other 50+ scatter-brain projects. This pharmacy software company has tremendous potential to be one of the most powerful systems in pharmacy but management receives very little ability to grow because if lack of 'investment'. For a entry level programmer, sales, marketing employee - you'd hardly notice the issues, at least for the 1st 6 months. But for a seasoned professional - the reasons the company doesn't have 4 times the customer base is lack of investment and staff.
