-Poor and often arrogant management across the board. -Only 20% discount, which I don't consider to be good for retail. -Lunch breaks were frowned upon, you're expected to work like a dog. -Organisation is poor, suits constantly go missing. -Literally no progress within the company unless you're dutch. -They expect SuitSupply to be your life and do not care for your outside interests at all. -Unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like it in my many years in retail, the level of disrespect that I've witnessed from the management towards the staff members has been disgusting at times.
