      my staff quite low eq., gets stressed during peak periods. peak period is quite crazy, if anything goes wrong, will have cascading effect to the rest of the work flow.

      if lucky u get many hours and many OT, OT is 1.5 times base pay, also $50 attendance bonus if nv skip or miss any shift, bfr every wk long in advance u can indicate availability, also the minimum 20 hrs in contract no one really follows, I skipped a few wks for exams went back work nthin happen
